Taste without constraint is a sketch, not a renovation. We ask for two things: your investment tier — Considered, Curated, or Bespoke — and the dimensions of your room.

From there, the math happens in the background. Tile square footage calculated to the inch with a proper waste factor. Installation labor estimated from regional averages. Supply chain costs, sourced in real time. You see real numbers before you've made a single irreversible decision.

Your finish board isn't a mood board — it's a purchasing document. Real prices from Home Depot, Waterworks, Cle Tile, Restoration Hardware, Rejuvenation, and nineteen more. Live stock status. Lead times noted. Ship dates honest.

Shop it yourself, piece by piece. Or pass the list, unedited, to your contractor. Either way, there's no proprietary markup; we don't sit between you and what you buy.

When the Match network launches, we'll introduce one vetted local contractor who fits your plan — exclusive, never multi-sold. The build itself is yours to run; we don't manage construction or handle payments. But we don't disappear the moment you match, either — the Guide stays on every page, during every stage, whenever you want to think something through or sanity-check a decision.
