Homara turns a homeowner's photo into a finished plan: renders, finishes, sourcing, budget. By the time they ask for an introduction, the project is real and well-scoped. We bring the lead — you do the work.
We're building the network now. First introductions land in Phase 3 (~12 months from launch). Early applicants are first in line.
When a homeowner is ready to build, we introduce one local contractor whose trades, range, and aesthetic fit. Exclusive — never multi-sold to five bidders.
You receive a complete project package: room photo, renders across the chosen style, finish board, full materials list with sources, target budget, and homeowner notes. Quoting is straightforward.
From first call onward, the homeowner is your client. We charge an exclusive introduction fee — no platform middle-mile, no cut of your invoice, no review-platform mechanics.
Active state license for your trade and current general liability + workers' comp coverage. We verify before any introduction.
Bath, kitchen, bedroom, living, basement, addition. Full GCs and qualified specialty trades both welcome.
Clean tile work, square cabinets, plumb walls, honest finishing. Your last six projects are the bar — link us.
Reads a finish board, calls back same day, says "I don't know" instead of guessing. The Homara homeowner has done their homework — meet them where they are.
